But could African power be a perfect place for leapfrog technology–when a developing society goes straight to the most modern technology without going through the iterations seen in the developed world?     In my country (Croatia) last years our goverment invest lots of money in windfarm.
    Some our islands have 12 month constant wind, and my opinion is that is great for environmental.
