- Joy is an Emerging Technologies Resource Specialist at the Illinois Sustainable Technology Center (ISTC), a division of the Prairie Research Institute at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She has worked on developing and maintaining online resources for the Great Lakes Regional Pollution Prevention Roundtable since 2001. Joy is also the Education Coordinator for the Sustainable Electronics Initiative and project director for the International E-Waste Design Competition. She has worked on Greening Schools, the Governor's Sustainability Awards, and various aspects of outreach and communications for ISTC.
