Fill out our diagnostic form ahead of time to provide some basic information about your device and the issue you’re having. This will allow for research by our staff so your one-on-one time can be used more efficiently.
You can also check our calendar for upcoming pop-up clinics coming to a location near you. If you’d like to host a pop-up clinic for your department, registered student organization, or community group, fill out our “Host a Pop-Up Clinic” form to get the scheduling process started.
Note that pop-up clinics are offered for free currently, just as our general services are, thanks to our seed funding from SSC. We will seek sponsors for off-campus clinics as well, but note that this service may have a fee associated with it in the future to support paying student staff to be present and preparation time.
