INHS receives honorable mention in 2011 Green Book Festival

Canaries in the Catbird Seat, published by the Illinois Natural History Survey and available for loan from various libraries (including ours), or for sale from the Institute Publications Sales Office, has received an honorable mention in the scientific category of the 2011 Green Book Festival.

The volume features chapters on research by the “Illinois Natural History Survey and its staff, who, since 1858, have had the unique and privileged position to make observations and analyze data collected throughout Illinois, the Midwest, and beyond.”

Congratulations to editors Chris Taylor, John Taft, and Charlie Warwick, and to all the contributing authors!
